• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (food, pharma, medical devices, or similar).
• Proven leadership ability—coaching and motivating teams to success.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Solid understanding of workplace health & safety practices.
• Knowledge of BRC standards is a bonus, but not essential (full training provided).

Wardle, Nantwich | £34,009 (rising to £37,011 after 6 months)
Alternating shifts: 6am-2pm (Mon-Fri) / 2pm-10pm (Mon-Thu)
