The role involves both reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring high standards and compliance with safety practices. Candidates should possess a 2391 Certification and have a full driving license. Our Client specialises in providing electrical, mechanical, building and joinery services
for a broad range of clients. These clients range from the care industry to some
of the largest operators in the hospitality business. All site visits
must be conducted professionally and safely with a first time fix always the aim
of the visit. The work can be varied from reactive maintenance call out to a care home
without heating to completing new build or refurbishment project for a high-
profile high-street hospitality client across the UK. Both are equally as
important. The majority of the role will be field based however there will be a requirement
to visit the office when required.
