A leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Maintenance & Facilities Engineer to support operations at their Fradley, Staffordshire facility. Responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting equipment, planning preventative maintenance, and overseeing building services. Candidates must have an HNC in a relevant field and at least 5 years of engineering experience. We're entering an exciting phase of growth, relocating to the Midlands to bring Kyocera SGS and Kyocera Unimerco Tooling together under one roof-creating Kyocera's largest carbide tooling site in Europe.
As part of this expansion, we're now looking for an experienced Maintenance & Facilities Engineer to play a key role in supporting our manufacturing operations and facilities.
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you'll take ownership of site maintenance and facilities, ensuring manufacturing equipment and building services operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. You'll play a key role in minimising downtime, improving preventative maintenance, and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Initial training will take place at our Wokingham site and will continue until mid-April, with all accommodation and travel expenses covered by the company. Following this period, the role will be permanently based at our new facility in Fradley, Staffordshire.
Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, with need for some flexibility as and when required
