Job Title: Electrical Engineering

Salary: £16.50 - £18.00

Job Overview

Our Client specialises in providing electrical, mechanical, building and joinery services
for a broad range of clients. These clients range from the care industry to some
of the largest operators in the hospitality business. All site visits
must be conducted professionally and safely with a first time fix always the aim
of the visit. The work can be varied from reactive maintenance call out to a care home
without heating to completing new build or refurbishment project for a high-
profile high-street hospitality client across the UK. Both are equally as
important. The majority of the role will be field based however there will be a requirement
to visit the office when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake reactive maintenance assignments in such a manner to support the objectives of the client.
• Complete new build and refurbishment projects to a high standard and on a fixed schedule.
• Complete planned maintenance and testing out minor works installations including testing and inspection, and on completion, issue valid test certificates.
• Ensure the facilities are maintained to the levels specified and in line with the Service Level Agreements in place.
• Carry out minor works installations including testing and inspection, and on completion, issue valid test certificates.
• Undertake planned and cyclical maintenance work.
• Undertake maintenance duties in such a manner to support the objectives of the client.
• Ensure safe operation of all plant, equipment and tools following safe working methods at all times.
• An ability to operate electronic tablet system and to complete duties such as submitting time sheets and expense claims.

Requirements

• Fully qualified electrical engineer, experience in installation and maintenance work.
• 2391 Certification.
• An understanding of current Health & Safety and safe working practices.
• An understanding of working to agreed Service Level Agreements is an advantage.
• Full driving licence.
