Are you a Junior Maintenance Engineer or similar, looking to join an established manufacturer that will pay for your electrical NVQ alongside paying for PLC courses and 18th edition, with direct routes to progress to Team Leader roles?

The Role

In this role you will be working as part of a team of Maintenance Engineers ensuring the smooth running of the plant through preventative and reactive maintenance, alongside internal projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in a tight knit team of engineers.
  • Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on the plant and assist with the general smooth running of the manufacturing site.
  • Receive on‑the‑job training and paid‑for qualifications.
  • Rotate 12‑hour shifts (days and nights), averaging 3.5 days per week, equivalent to 42 hours per week annualised.
