Job Description
We are recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician based in the Manchester area, covering electrical maintenance within a large-scale estate. The role is a permanent position paying £33,100, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
- Completing PPM and reactive maintenance on:
- Electrical systems
- Lighting and emergency lighting
- Controls and BMS
- Basic plumbing
- AHU/fan coil upkeep
- Fabric duties
- Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temperatures
- Small works installation
- Emergency repairs
- All ad-hoc maintenance tasks
- A qualified Electrical Engineer (SNVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2)
- Ideally 18th edition
- Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Able to pass DBS
