A leading national law firm in London is seeking an Employment Senior Associate with 6-8 years of post-qualification experience. This role involves advising on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, alongside providing corporate support. The firm is known for its supportive culture and better work/life balance than larger firms. Candidates must be E&W qualified and currently working in a Top 100 law firm. Competitive salary is offered between £115,000 and £125,000.

Our client, a leading national law firm, has a well‑regarded Employment practice and is looking to recruit an Employment Senior Associate with 6‑8 PQE into their City office.
You will advise on contentious and non‑contentious employment law matters alongside providing corporate support and advisory projects.
The firm has had particular success in recruiting lawyers from larger firms attracted by their culture, healthier work/life balance, mentored career progression, and the warm and friendly feel.
Only candidates who are E&W qualified and currently working for a Top 100 law firm will be considered.
