Planning Services — Planning Policy

We are looking for an enthusiastic and numerate person, with skills relevant to planning and land use analysis, to join our planning policy team. You will assist in delivering the planning evidence and monitoring to support the development of planning policies and strategies for the city.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct land use surveys and collect planning evidence.
  • Assist in monitoring and supporting the development of planning policies and strategies.
  • Collate and analyse planning data, using Microsoft Office tools, databases, spreadsheets and ArcGIS Pro.
  • Work individually and as part of a team to make an immediate contribution to planning policy.
Qualifications

Applicants should have a numerate background and an interest in town planning. Experience with Microsoft Office, databases and ArcGIS Pro is desirable. Training will be provided.
