We are seeking a scientific manager to support Quotient’s High Throughput Laboratory. This is a cross‑functional management role requiring an understanding of laboratory workflows used to isolate and sequence human cells for the evaluation of somatic genomic variants. The successful candidate will lead a small team of lab‑based scientists in the prioritization and execution of cell/tissue based and molecular workflows, and act as a liaison between the High Throughput Laboratory and the Target Discovery team.
An ideal candidate will be familiar with at least two of the following: histology, flow cytometry and molecular workflows. A proactive attitude towards learning and bridging skills gaps from the above skills panel is essential.
