Job Title: Digital Content Executive – Malmaison & Hotel du Vin

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Content Executive/Assistant to support our Marketing and Digital team in managing and maintaining digital content across our platforms. This role involves working closely on website administration, ensuring content accuracy, and delivering a seamless digital experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing as a Digital Content Executive:

• Keep our Malmaison and Hotel du Vin website content updated, including images, text, and multimedia assets.
• Ensure digital content is accurate, up-to-date and aligned with our brand tone of voice.
• Assist in building and maintaining landing pages within our CMS. Ensuring content is SEO friendly for usability and brand consistency.
• Support in troubleshooting digital content challenges in collaboration with the digital team and agency.
• Support day-to-day digital content updates across our digital systems.
• Learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and processes quickly.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a similar role within hospitality, particularly hotels, would be beneficial
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (Umbraco experience preferred but not essential).
• Excellent web-editing skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, coupled with strong aptitude and ability/willingness to learn new tools/tech stack.
• Strong grammar and copy-writing skills
• Basic understanding of web best practices (SEO, Web Accessibility, UX) and digital content management.
• Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable with fast-paced changes.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability and confidence to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management in fast-paced environments.
