I am working with a 60+ head firm that is seeking a hands-on Sales Director to oversee their 20-person sales operation across London. They currently generate a turnover of over £20m, with the top biller in 2024 earning £1.2m.
You will be responsible for managing 15 sales staff in London, alongside sales leaders in Munich, focusing on Germany. The company has a delivery team of 20 based in Leicester, servicing large SOW projects and transformations across the business.
Their vision is to continue delivering large-scale retained transformation projects across Europe. To achieve this, they need a leader to drive growth and uphold standards throughout the organization.
They are ideally looking for someone who excels in training and leadership—someone who can motivate high performers and foster buy-in across the team. The back-office and operational functions are well-managed, so if you're eager to be more hands-on on the sales floor rather than in an office, this could be a good fit.
