As a Regional Sales Director for CircleCI’s EMEA team, you are a bold, outcomes-driven, first line Sales leader with a deep understanding of our platform and a passion for developing high-performing sales talent. In this role, you will lead a team of Account Executives focused on sourcing, developing, and closing new business across the region. You’ll scale a healthy pipeline, uplevel sales excellence, and drive predictable revenue growth within a fast-moving and strategic market.
*This is a hybrid role, requiring some in office attendance weekly in London, UK.
Compensation: Base salary range £108,000.00 - £1135,500.00 + performance bonus. This role is eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to team quota achievement. Pay mix is approximately targeted at [50/50] base to variable.
