This is not a "keep the wheels turning" role. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to grow and shape the Personal Tax practice locally.

• Acting as a trusted advisor to a varied portfolio of personal tax clients
• Developing and mentoring a growing team, including recruitment and coaching
• Playing an active role in business development and building a strong local network
• Influencing strategy and supporting the continued growth of the Birmingham office

• Strong experience in Personal Tax within a professional services environment
• A commercial mindset with a genuine interest in business development
