A leading construction firm is seeking a Building Services Manager for a transformative project in Bridgwater, Somerset. You will be responsible for leading commissioning activities to ensure all systems are operational and compliant. Ideal candidates have a strong background in commissioning management, technical expertise in MEP services, and relevant qualifications. As a Building Services Manager, you will lead commissioning activities from early‑stage construction through to client handover, ensuring systems are fully operational, compliant, and delivered to the highest standards. Commissioning activities will cover duties laid out in CIBSE Code M.
