Skills
We're looking for a digitally focused Product Owner to lead the evolution of our clients customer‑facing My Account experience. You'll be responsible for shaping and delivering new features, improvements, and front‑end enhancements that make our clients customers' journeys easier, faster and more intuitive.
You will work at the centre of a cross‑functional delivery team, collaborating with UX designers, developers, business analysts, and key stakeholders to ensure all changes are aligned with customer needs, technical feasibility, and strategic business goals.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on turning insight into action and driving meaningful product improvements.
- Own and prioritise the My Account product roadmap, ensuring clear alignment with business and digital strategy.
- Translate customer data, insight, and business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.
