I’m hiring on behalf of a leading consultancy delivering high-impact digital services for major clients across private and public sector. They’re looking for a Content Designer with a passion for user‑centred design and a strong understanding of GOV.UK standards.

You’ll work on meaningful projects that improve how the public accesses and experiences digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Create clear, inclusive, user‑focused content
• ✅ Apply GDS and accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG)
• ✅ Work in agile teams with designers, developers, and researchers
• ✅ Use data and user research to inform content decisions
• ✅ Simplify complex information into plain English

What We’re Looking For

• Experience designing content for public sector or GOV.UK services
• Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
• Familiar with agile delivery environments
• SC clearance or eligible (UK resident for 3+ years)

Bonus Skills

• Accessibility certifications (CPACC, WAS, etc.)
• Experience with assistive tech (e.g. JAWS, Dragon)
• Familiarity with tools like Miro, Teams, and Confluence
