We’re hiring a qualified residential conveyancer to join a fully remote team. You’ll handle a busy caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, supported by a digital platform and collaborative colleagues. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a tech enabled, client focused legal environment and values flexibility, autonomy and long term career development.
- Manage a full residential property caseload including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers
- Carry out all legal work including title checks, contract drafting, raising and reviewing enquiries and liaising with all stakeholders
- Provide clear, client focused legal advice at each stage of the transaction
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and risk requirements
- Use a digital case management system and contribute to process improvements across the team
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive (must be authorised to practise in England and Wales)
- Strong recent experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficient with modern case management systems and tech driven workflows
