We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Lecturer to join our team delivering high-quality teaching learning and assessment to support our learners in achieving their full potential. You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering engaging inclusive lessons that meet curriculum standards and reflect industry needs.

As a Lecturer at Coventry College you’ll contribute to curriculum development provide academic and pastoral support to learners and work closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure an outstanding learning experience. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire the next generation and help shape the future workforce of our city.

• Hold a relevant teaching qualification or be willing to work towards
• Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in construction
• Level 2 qualifications in English and Mathematics

Provide evidence of continuing professional development

• Evidence of effective tracking and monitoring of a wide range of students on a range of different programmes
• Experience of teaching Construction from Levels 1 2 and 3 within a teaching / training environment
• Ability to deliver functional skills within relevant subject area
