Responsibilities

• Ensure guests’ needs are met and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
• Work closely with the bar team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Demonstrate your passion for cocktails & drinks, including understanding ingredients and preparation methods, providing recommendations and answering customer queries.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and service area, proactively clear and service tables.
• Handle payments and operate the POS system.
• Learn daily and advance your knowledge in wine & service.
