Senior Account Manager

Our client is a global leader in the commercialisation of gyms, leisure centres, and health & fitness clubs. Through innovative media platforms, they engage over 50 million consumers worldwide with music, content, and advertising across major fitness brands including The Gym Group, 1Rebel, Places Leisure, and David Lloyd.

They’re now looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Account Manager to join their London-based team. You’ll play a key role in managing and growing relationships with key partners, driving new opportunities, and becoming an integral part of their commercial success.

What you’ll be doing :

Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with gym and leisure partners.

Support and grow digital and media channels across a wide portfolio.

Identify and secure new venue and network growth opportunities.

Lead on commercial partnerships and brand collaborations.

Manage finances, contracts, and service relationships with partners.

Deliver campaign activations and project support alongside the operations team.

Provide regular insights and reporting to the Managing Director.

What we’re looking for :

5+ years’ experience in account management.

Proven success in developing partnerships and generating new business.

Experience in fitness, media, or a related industry is highly desirable.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Highly organised, proactive, and confident under pressure.

A motivated team player with great problem-solving ability.
