• Managed Services: Providing compliance services across tax, accounting, and transfer pricing obligations under managed service arrangements.
• Technology: Assisting clients in leveraging technology, tools, and platforms to transform their tax functions.
• Tax Operating Model: Collaborating to build and operate leading tax functions, managing risks, opportunities, reputation, and compliance.
• Data Management: Supporting tax teams in maximizing organizational data to effectively manage the tax function.

At the Director level, you will be proactive, curious, committed to self-development, resilient, and experienced in leading successful teams. You will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and confidently network across all levels in a professional services environment. Business development skills and a track record of converting opportunities into projects are also essential.

This role is for a Transfer Pricing specialist who combines technical knowledge with capabilities in transformation, technology, and program management to lead large-scale global compliance projects.

You will work within KPMG's Global Compliance Managed Services team to grow our Transfer Pricing compliance business, build client relationships, and lead complex international engagements. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading business development, including progressing leads, contract negotiations, and closing deals.
• Articulating KPMG's value proposition on global Transfer Pricing compliance and leading workshops explaining our processes and technology use.
• Managing the delivery of global Transfer Pricing compliance projects, including technical leadership, client relationships, and governance.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and internal networks.
• Interacting confidently with senior stakeholders and supporting broader tax operational areas.
• Identifying additional service opportunities and liaising with specialists.
• Coaching team members, adhering to best practices, and demonstrating resilience and effective networking skills.

• Excellent communication skills, adaptable to various audiences and situations.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review complex technical material while maintaining a strategic focus.
• Effective internal networking skills and confidence in communicating with senior professionals.
• Proven business development and client engagement experience.
