Minimum Requirements:

  • Analytics Experience: 1, 3, or 5+ years working directly with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or Amplitude, focusing on insights.

What We Do:

Role Types:

  • Engineers: Focus mainly on coding, with minimal client interaction.
  • Enablement Leads: Manage client accounts, with a balanced focus on subject matter expertise and client/delivery management.
  • Enablement Specialists: Manage projects within accounts, primarily focusing on core skills and client engagement.

This Role – Senior/Base/Junior Enablement Lead:

The Enablement Specialist (ES) builds core skills and executes projects largely autonomously, with oversight from an Enablement Lead responsible for overall client relationship. The role suits those passionate about their specialization who prefer limited client management but want to see the bigger picture. If you prefer managing teams, this role may not be suitable.

Line Management: We promote a mentorship culture over rigid hierarchy, with limited team management responsibilities. If managing teams is a priority for you, consider other roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary client interface within your expertise area.
  • Understanding, documenting, and validating client requirements.
  • Managing delivery of tasks related to your specialty, including:
    • Research: Data interrogation, competitor analysis, UX research, AI tools.
    • Execution: Scoping, briefing, overseeing development, and monitoring.
    • Evaluation: Building dashboards, analyzing data, and writing summaries.
    • Strategy: Turning insights into actionable narratives.
    • Cross-Channel: Collaborating with other teams to extend success across channels.
  • Supporting digital strategy and tool selection.
  • Providing training based on your expertise.
  • Being regarded as a subject matter expert in one of our service strands.
  • Essential Skills and Experience (Data Activation Specialist):

    • 1, 3, or 5+ years experience with Google Analytics, including reporting and admin functions.
    • Understanding of Data Collection and Activation concepts.
    • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office tools.
