Our client is a growing asset management house based in the City of London. An urgent need has arisen within their Proxy Voting function for a Senior Data Analyst.

The Senior Data Analyst will take responsibility for the following duties:

• Running and streamlining the screening process using data manipulation (ideally through use of Power BI)
• Providing support during voting season, including the management of special voting requirements
• Carrying out the aggregation of investment holdings data for engagement-related client accounts
• Collating high volumes of data in accordance with reporting cycles
• Delivery of client-specific activity statistics
• Managing stakeholders within client custodians, Middle Office and ESG teams
• Continually improving processes and related process documentation through data manipulation and automation
• General support on operating model and data governance projects

The Senior Data Analyst will meet the following criteria:

• 5-7 years’ experience managing ‘Big Data’ within an asset management house
• Exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce exposure is preferred)
• Proxy voting experience within asset management
• Experience in Power BI
• Familiarity with key operational processes and data models
• Strong experience in data manipulation within asset management
