Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our ever evolving Authorization Management Performance team and help us unleash the potential of every business.
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead efforts to forecast trends and automate processes using complex, unstructured data. You'll design predictive models and algorithms to drive payment optimisation and strategic decision‑making. Working with a diverse and cross‑border team, you’ll be responsible for developing, interpreting, and implementing concepts for uplifting authorisation approvals and controls.
Worldpay aims to ensure that consumers experience successful transactions every time they spent. To support this goal, Worldpay has established a dedicated team focused on Authorization Rates. This team would be a key pillar within our new structure, focusing on improving authorization performance globally. The team will proactively identify the biggest issues affecting our authorization performance (using dashboards, proactive analysis, and submissions from RMs), prioritise effort on the most important issues, then own the investigation and resolution.
