To fulfill Pattison Agricultures’ vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING, we are looking for a Receptionist to join our fast-paced, energetic dealership in Kelvington, SK. The successful candidate will represent the face and voice of the company when greeting and directing customers. You will ultimately set the tone for the customer experience, both in person and over the phone, to help create positive interactions for all Pattison Ag customers.

This individual’s responsibilities include:

1. Answering and forwarding telephone calls professionally and in a timely manner
2. Performing clerical duties - typing, faxing, and filing
3. Filing and general office duties
4. Order and maintain office supplies
5. Assist other departments as required

This would be an ideal position if you:

1. Are a self-starter with the ability to organize workload in an orderly manner
2. Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team
3. Have strong organizational skills
4. Have excellent computer skills with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
5. Have a minimum Grade 12 education
6. Possess general accounting knowledge
