Qualifications

  • Experienced in managing reactive and planned maintenance.
  • Ability to problem solve and fault find.
  • Experience working with Electrical systems, testing, and installation.
  • Experience planning and scheduling complex maintenance projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Hard Services Team and subcontractors for quality delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures.
  • Deliver quality Hard Services operation in line with service level agreements.
  • Produce client reports and manage third-party suppliers.

Skills

Management of reactive and planned maintenance
Problem solving and fault finding
Experience with Electrical systems
Attention to detail
Statutory compliance knowledge
CAFM systems experience
Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)

Education

NEBOSH Certificate or Diploma in Health & Safety
City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent
City & Guilds 2391/2394 & 2395 or equivalent
Level 2 & 3 Technical Certificates with relevant NVQ Level 3
