  • Lead net‑zero carbon developments (actual sustainability, not just the buzzword)

  • From affordable housing to luxury London developments – you’ll see it all

Why This Isn’t Your Average Grad Scheme

You’ll be part of the action from the start – working on live projects worth £10‑10 M, attending planning committees, and shaping key decisions.

Five Rotations, Total Immersion

Spend 4‑5 months in each team over two years:

  • Land Acquisition – Find sites, run the numbers, negotiate deals

  • Project Management – Own budgets, timelines, and risk on live developments

  • On‑Site Delivery – Boots on, hard hat on, make it happen

  • Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience – Understand buyers, launch show homes, hit targets

You will also be involved in:

  • Stakeholder Relations – Work with councils, communities, partners

  • Strategic Planning – Shape the future pipeline with senior leadership

Proper Career Investment
  • Full RICS support

  • £2 K annual training budget

  • Monthly sessions with 10 other graduates

  • Part of an established programme (now in its 7th year)

  • Mentorship from former graduates who have walked your path

  • Successful graduates typically progress into full‑time roles within the Development Team
