From affordable housing to luxury London developments – you’ll see it all
You’ll be part of the action from the start – working on live projects worth £10‑10 M, attending planning committees, and shaping key decisions.
Spend 4‑5 months in each team over two years:
Land Acquisition – Find sites, run the numbers, negotiate deals
Development Management – Navigate planning, coordinate teams, problem‑solve
Project Management – Own budgets, timelines, and risk on live developments
On‑Site Delivery – Boots on, hard hat on, make it happen
Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience – Understand buyers, launch show homes, hit targets
You will also be involved in:
Stakeholder Relations – Work with councils, communities, partners
Strategic Planning – Shape the future pipeline with senior leadership
Full RICS support
£2 K annual training budget
Monthly sessions with 10 other graduates
Part of an established programme (now in its 7th year)
Mentorship from former graduates who have walked your path
Successful graduates typically progress into full‑time roles within the Development Team
