Salary: Circa £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
Position type: Permanent
Location: Hybrid, UK Remote-first, with occasional requirement to attend Head Office based in Farnborough, Hampshire
Working hours: Full time

Role overview
As a PASS Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities and guiding prospects through their buying journey. You will use a consultative approach to understand the unique needs of each prospect, positioning our solutions to address their challenges and goals. With a genuine interest in SaaS and how technology can positively impact the care sector, you'll confidently demonstrate the value of our platform and services.
You will proactively generate and manage outbound leads—including cold calling through our existing prospect base—support inbound enquiries, and ensure a smooth and professional sales process from initial engagement to close.
Beyond direct sales, you'll contribute to wider revenue-driving activities such as marketing campaigns, webinars, and industry events, while collaborating closely with colleagues across Revenue, Account Management, and Product teams to maximise success and continuously improve our go-to-market efforts.
