Digital Sales Executive - Lloyds British
Hybrid role | National opportunity | 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Lloyds British, part of the Speedy Group, is looking for a proactive and commercially focused Digital Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role and can be based anywhere nationally, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, offering flexibility while remaining fully connected to our teams and customers.
This role plays a key part in ensuring all enquiries and leads generated from our digital platforms and external partners are followed through to a clear customer decision, supporting the continued growth and success of the business.
You will take ownership of inbound opportunities, ensuring they are captured, recorded, progressed, and converted wherever possible. Working closely with commercial, pricing and operational teams, you will help develop a strong and consistent sales pipeline aligned to our geographical, sectoral and profitability objectives.
Actively manage all sales opportunities received from digital channels through every stage of the sales pipeline, ensuring timely and effective progression to a decision.
Identify the fastest and most effective route to responding to enquiries, either by self-managing leads or allocating them to the appropriate Lloyds British salesperson.
Work closely with Commercial, Pricing and Line Management to review and optimise pricing propositions to improve win rates while meeting profitability expectations.
Consistently meet or exceed revenue and margin targets.
Ensure all customer, pricing, opportunity and sales data is accurately recorded and maintained within the CRM system.
Maintain a robust, accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline at all times.
Develop strong market awareness, including competitor activity, account opportunities, risks and pricing trends.
Provide regular and ad-hoc feedback to support continuous improvement of Lloyds British's service and commercial offering.
Strong proficiency in CRM systems and sales software tools.
Understanding and experience of sales techniques and negotiation strategies.
Ability to build strong internal relationships and work collaboratively across teams.
Demonstrable experience in developing, managing and progressing a sales pipeline.
A proactive, organised and results-driven approach.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
