Do you have experience selling into construction or contractor environments? Are you comfortable managing existing accounts while developing new business? Are you happy to spend the majority of your time in front of clients winning new business? Are you motivated by commission and long-term career progression?

What you NEED
  • Proven track record in a sales or account management role within construction, hire, safety, or contractor‑led environments
  • Confidence managing both existing client relationships and new business opportunities
  • Strong communication skills across phone, email and face‑to‑face meetings
  • Commercial awareness and a results‑driven mindset
  • Full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel regularly
  • Comfortable working mainly from a Glasgow based office with flexible travel as meetings dictate

Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop an existing portfolio of contractor clients

  • Prepare quotations and product presentations
  • Work closely with depot and operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction
