Are you an experienced credit controller with excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple accounts? Do you have an efficient and proactive approach to managing your ledger and chasing in payments? Do you have experience thriving in a high-volume, multi-currency environment and are eager to bring your expertise to a fast-paced company?
At William Reed, we are looking for a Credit Controller who will be responsible for monitoring accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments in advance of an event’s start date. Leveraging your strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will work closely with the Group Credit Manager to ensure payment queries are resolved and accounts are escalated when necessary. This role offers the opportunity to work on a large account ledger, improving cash flow for the business, as well as building and maintaining positive and long-term relationships with our customers.
