A prominent housing association in the UK is seeking a Director of Finance to lead financial strategy and operations. The role involves managing a high-performing finance team, driving regulatory compliance, and ensuring financial sustainability. We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance to lead the Groups financial strategy operations and governance. This pivotal role will ensure financial sustainability regulatory compliance and the delivery of high-quality financial services aligned with our strategic objectives.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Finance and Business Excellence you will lead a high-performing finance team embed best practices and drive continuous improvement across financial management planning reporting and control.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our business plan adhering to financial regulations and value-for-money principles. Your leadership will guarantee that we meet all regulatory obligations while delivering outstanding service to our customers and communities.
