• • Position: Specialist Tandoori Chef De Partie
• • Employer: Fine Dining Pakistani Restaurant
• • Location: Edinburgh, Scotland
• • Gross OTE salary package: £35,000 to £38,000 per annum
• • Weekly working hours/days: 38 to 48 hours within 5 / 6 days

Your role involves skillful preparation of complex Tandoori dishes and specialties specific to the regional theme of the establishment and its menus. You will be responsible for a series of kitchen operational duties commensurate with job role, including training and supervising of Commi Chefs and other junior kitchen staff.

• • Experience in the preparation of authentic high quality Tandoori dishes &Specialties
• • Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation
• • Industrial training in a world renowned culinary/hospitality institute
• • Ideal previous experience of at least 3 years in role of Head Chef + min 6 years of prior experience in escalating job ranks
• • Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
• • Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
