Are you passionate about supporting children and young people, and helping them thrive?
Fuse Youth Services, a local Bridlington-based charity, is seeking dedicated Outreach Workers to join our team on a temporary basis (contract reviewed in March 2026). We deliver a range of creative and engaging programmes, including Musical Mavericks, Express-2-Destress, the Listening Lounge, STEM Fusion Workshops, and other activities designed to improve wellbeing, reduce mental health challenges, and help young people feel heard and supported. Our mission is to engage, support, and inspire young people across Bridlington and the surrounding areas.
As an Outreach Worker, you’ll help connect with young people in the community, encouraging them to take part in our youth activities. You’ll work two evenings per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays), with the potential for a third evening (Fridays) if an additional youth club session launches. This role could also develop into more hours in the future.
All training will be provided, including the opportunity to achieve a Level 2 Award in Youth Work.
