Skills
Integrity Plus are recruiting for a Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join a busy office within a manufacturing environment. This is a varied role that requires excellent Sage experience and the ability to work accurately and confidently across a range of accounting tasks.
- Daily bookkeeping, including processing all incoming/outgoing bank transactions
- Processing Stripe (payment platform) transactions and reconciliations
- Bank and Stripe reconciliations
- Sales order entry and invoice processing
- Managing the accounts email inbox and prioritising responses
- Credit control duties
- Liaising with customers and suppliers via email and telephone
- Proven experience using Sage (essential)
- Confident working in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Part-time, approximately 3 days per week (flexible options available such as 5 mornings, 3 full days, etc.)
- Office-based role
- Start date: Mid-October
- The company will be migrating from SAP to Sage in late October, so a degree of flexibility and adaptability will be required during this transition.
