• Proven experience in an end-to-end Management Accountant role, ideally within an SME.
• Ability to work at pace and with autonomy.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs etc.).

• Preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Month-end and year-end close processes.
• Accruals, prepayments, and journals.
• Balance sheet reconciliations.
• Cash flow reporting and analysis.
• Liaising with auditors and external stakeholders.
• Supporting commercial decision-making with financial insights.
