Acting as an integral part of the S&S UK Finance team, the Jnr Management Accountant supports the Financial Accountant and Financial Controller with administration and reconciliation of key accounting areas.

• Processing revenue from multiple sources


• Reviewing employee expenses


• Managing monthly stock movements and accrual postings


• Preparing month-end reports and completing balance sheet reconciliations


• Supporting payment run processing and review


• Managing employee access to ERP and expense portals


• Assisting with the resolution of historical unreconciled balance sheet items


• Providing support to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams as required


• Participating in a variety of ad-hoc finance tasks

• Clear and persuasive communication, adapting style to different audiences


• Strong administration and organisational skills, including advanced Excel knowledge


• Client-focused, building relationships and driving performance through cross-team collaboration


• Results-driven, proactive in solving problems, and able to take initiative while knowing when to seek guidance


• Part-qualified in a relevant accounting qualification (e.g., ACA/ACCA)


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite


• Experience using Navision accounting software is ideal but not essential
