We have an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join a team at their friendly team in Stratford-upon-Avon

About the Role
As a Management Accountant, you will oversee the accounting functions, including producing management accounts, supervising the Accounts Assistants, and ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis.
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management activities.
• Train and support team members to maintain accuracy and timeliness.
• Strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes.
• Reconcile financial records and support audits and year-end accounts.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience handling large datasets.
• Cash management and purchase ledger oversight experience.
