Private Client Senior Associate or Partner
Location: Dorchester

The role:

• Managing a diverse caseload involving wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration
• Providing expert guidance to individuals and families on complex legal matters
• Building lasting client relationships and expanding referral networks
• Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior team members
• Driving business development efforts and contributing to team strategy

Requirements:

• You're likely operating at Senior Associate or Partner level with strong experience in private client work and a commercial mindset. You'll be someone who takes initiative, and has a real appetite for nurturing client relationships and growing a practice.

You should be:

• Proactive, ambitious, and a confident communicator
• Strong technical expertise in private client matters
• Committed to delivering exceptional service
• Open to evolving ways of working and embracing change
