Job summary

A leading paint and coatings manufacturer in the UK is seeking a Brand Marketing professional to ensure brand consistency and manage creative projects. A short Valspar history. Two hundred years long. We’ve been in the paints, stains, and coating business for over 200 years, and we’ve come a long way since our modest beginnings in 1806 as a small Boston paint company. Be the Brand Guardian

You’ll work closely with Senior Brand Managers to ensure Valspar’s identity is consistently represented across every touchpoint—from packaging to internal comms to national campaigns.

Lead Creative Projects

Own the creation of high‑impact brand assets including photography, video and copy. You’ll manage the process from concept to delivery, ensuring every piece reflects our vibrant personality.

Drive Campaigns That Matter

Take the lead on CSR, PR and sponsorship campaigns—from planning through execution. You’ll make sure every initiative is on‑brand, on‑budget, and delivers measurable results.

Champion Brand Excellence

Be the go‑to expert for brand guidance across the business. Whether it’s supporting internal teams, retailers, or external partners, you’ll help everyone speak the Valspar language—visually and verbally.

Inspire Through Training

Deliver engaging brand presentations and training sessions to internal teams and retail partners. You’ll help others understand and embrace the power of the Valspar brand.

Manage Creative Partnerships

Brief and manage external agencies to bring brand projects to life. You’ll ensure timelines are met, budgets are respected, and creative standards are exceeded.
