A leading global professional services firm is seeking a People Analyst to join its Birmingham-based People Team.
The team supports the full employee lifecycle and works to foster a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative culture across the firm.
The People Analyst plays a key role in supporting transformation initiatives and people-related projects. Reporting to the Senior HR Transformation Manager, the role combines data analysis, project coordination, and administrative support. The successful candidate will handle confidential matters with discretion and demonstrate a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Support global projects and processes within the Transformation and Projects team
Use analytical techniques to interpret data and identify trends
Gather, document, and validate detailed business requirements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and relevant reporting
Maintain documentation and systems supporting global HR processes
Participate in the firm’s Responsible Business program
Perform additional tasks as required
Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word)
Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with large datasets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to present data clearly and visually
Strong project and process management abilities
Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset
Able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Minimum of two years’ experience in a professional services environment
Prior experience using Workday or similar HR systems is advantageous
