A leading technology manufacturing firm in Derry/Londonderry seeks a Shift Equipment Technician Manager to lead a team in maintaining complex manufacturing equipment. You will oversee maintenance, ensure safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. As the Shift Equipment Technician Manager, you will oversee planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance across a wide range of complex manufacturing equipment. Your leadership will ensure the highest standards of equipment availability and effectiveness.

Work Shifts: 12-hour onsite shifts that include days and nights. Working shift include: 4 nights on 4 days off, 2 days on 2 days off, 3 days on 3 days off, 3 nights 3 days off, 2 days on 2 days off. The rota will then repeat.
This is a Full-Time position working 42 hours per week, on-site working.
