A bold online fashion brand are looking for a creative Social Media & Influencer Executive who lives on TikTok and Instagram and thinks in trends, sounds, and stats.
This role is perfect for someone who is obsessed with digital culture, knows how to spot real influence vs hype, and loves turning creator data into smart, scroll-stopping decisions.
The role
- Keep a constant pulse on TikTok and Instagram trends, formats, sounds, and algorithm shifts, and feed this into the content and influencer strategy.
- Break down what makes top creators win – from posting habits and hooks to audience behaviour and engagement patterns – and use this to guide the brand’s approach.
- Turn platform data into clear insights on reach, engagement, retention, and follower growth that the wider team can actually use.
- Deep-dive influencer performance using metrics like engagement rate, views per follower, completion rate, saves, shares, comment quality, audience fit, and campaign history.
- Build simple but smart scoring models/benchmarks to sort creators into tiers and forecast how they’re likely to perform.
- Stay ahead of new apps, creator tools, and social tech – from AI editing and analytics platforms to the next wave of short-form video.
- Test new TikTok and Instagram features early, including interactive formats, effects, sounds, and monetisation tools, and share what works.
- Spot fresh opportunities for new content franchises, channel growth, and creator collabs that feel native to Gen Z.
- Partner closely with marketing, content, and partnerships to make sure influencer choices and insights line up with campaign goals and target audiences.
- Create clear, visual reports and dashboards that highlight key wins, learnings, and next steps for creator and platform strategy.
- Support creator shortlists and final selections for campaigns, making sure every influencer feels on‑brand and relevant for the audience.
What you’ll bring
- Hands‑on experience analysing TikTok and Instagram content, creators, or social performance for brands, agencies, or as a creator yourself.
- Strong understanding of social analytics tools and platform‑native insights, and confidence working with performance dashboards.
- Ability to turn numbers into creative ideas, recommendations, and tests rather than just reports.
- Genuine curiosity for new platforms, digital culture, and creator trends – you’re naturally “always online” and ahead of what’s next.
- Strong communication skills, a collaborative way of working, and a proactive, experimental mindset that’s not afraid to try, learn, and iterate fast.
