L500 rated commercial firm is looking to recruit a corporate commercial solicitor for their St Albans office.
With 2+ years' PQE, you will join a highly regarded department and work alongside a Partner. You will take responsibility for your own caseload and assist on more complex transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, partnership and LLP agreements and shareholder agreements. You will act for a varied client base including large corporate businesses, PLCs, owner managed businesses, partnerships and SMEs.
In addition, you will assist the team with business development and networking and will be given client contact from day one. You must be able to demonstrate self- motivation, commercial awareness and excellent technical ability.
