You will recruit across all levels, from early‑career and graduate hires through to experienced consultants, senior leaders, and specialist corporate roles, balancing pace, quality, and candidate experience.

What you’ll do
  • Deliver full‑lifecycle recruitment across consulting and group functions, from role definition to offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to shape hiring strategies, define capability needs, and advise on market conditions.
  • Proactively source and engage top talent using direct sourcing, referrals, and targeted market mapping.
  • Manage multiple live roles in parallel, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a professional, engaging candidate experience at every touchpoint.
  • Support employer branding activity, including job adverts, LinkedIn presence, and recruitment events.
  • Ensure hiring processes are fair, inclusive, data‑driven, and compliant.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within consulting, professional services, or a high‑growth corporate environment.
  • Strong track record of hiring across a range of seniorities and disciplines.
  • Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable working with senior consultants and business leaders.
  • Hands‑on sourcer with strong judgement and interview capability.
  • Organised, commercial, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, scaling business.
Why join us
  • Play a visible role in shaping the growth of a high‑performing consulting firm.
  • Work closely with senior leaders and influence key hiring decisions.
  • Broad, end‑to‑end remit with real ownership and impact.
  • Collaborative, ambitious culture with room to grow as the business scales.

Based in London with hybrid working (minimum 2 days per week in the office), this role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, a strong benefits package, and flexibility including part‑time options.
