We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment across our consulting teams and group functions. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑growing consulting environment, partnering closely with senior leaders to build high‑quality, diverse teams that support our growth ambitions. You will recruit across all levels, from early‑career and graduate hires through to experienced consultants, senior leaders, and specialist corporate roles, balancing pace, quality, and candidate experience.
Based in London with hybrid working (minimum 2 days per week in the office), this role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, a strong benefits package, and flexibility including part‑time options.
