The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a successful and established automotive leasing business based in Southampton, seeking a motivated and commercially driven Leasing Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional looking for a Monday to Friday role with no weekends, strong earning potential, and a supportive, professional working environment.

This position would suit candidates from vehicle leasing, vehicle rental, or B2B / corporate sales, though a retail Sales Executive seeking a move away from weekend working would also be a strong and welcomed option.

Responsibilities & Requirements:
  • Engage with new and existing customers to understand their business or personal vehicle requirements, delivering a consultative and tailored leasing solution.
  • Manage inbound and outbound leads effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strong negotiation skills, product knowledge, and pipeline management.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Previous experience within vehicle leasing, rental, B2B sales, or corporate sales is highly advantageous, though retail automotive sales experience will also be considered.
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware.
  • Full UK Driving Licence required.
The Package:
  • Basic Salary: £30,000.
  • OTE: £50,000 uncapped.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday only - no weekends.
  • Supportive team environment with clear progression opportunities.
