The Global Account Director is responsible for providing overall prospecting, leadership, and sales strategy for high value, complex global accounts in an effort to increase market share, loyalty and profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Identify growth opportunities in collaboration with field sales and operational partners.
  • Devise & implement overall global account strategy to achieve strategic goals.
  • Build long-term, value-based account relationships, mapping all revenue streams to grow share, and driving superior business results.
  • Establish, manage and communicate overall account strategies, mapping buyers to accounts, defending and growing market share and revenue targets for assigned accounts.
  • Liaise with relevant cross-discipline operational and sales departments to ensure effective pull-through of account strategies.
  • Manage the annual RFP process and lead contract negotiations with appropriate departments.
  • Plan, attend and participate in all relevant customer events, trade shows, networking events and business reviews.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of managing C Level relationships with global clients ideally within serviced apartments or Corporate hotel sales.

The ability to present innovative and transformational solutions to small or large groups is essential as is the ability to communicate clearly both written and verbally.

Ideally you will have a strong network within the industry and have gained respect via previous dealings.

We are looking for a graduate (or relevant experience), at least B2B sales within hospitality as well as previous experience of managing and developing global accounts.
