This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established team in Altrincham. You’ll step straight into a busy, high-quality caseload, taking over 70+ active files while working closely with a supportive group of fee-earners and secretaries across two thriving offices.

You’ll be part of a friendly, collaborative culture that prioritises quality over volume, encourages knowledge sharing and maintains an open-door approach. • 3+ years’ PQE or equivalent experience in residential conveyancing
• Able to independently run a mixed caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Experience with high-quality and complex transactions
• Background in a high-street, regional or boutique firm
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent client-care skills
• Collaborative, friendly and adaptable
• Confident problem-solver with commercial awareness
• Interest in networking and business development (desired)

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Take over a departing fee-earner’s files with immediate support
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Work closely with colleagues in both Stockport and Altrincham
• Deliver high-quality client service with a personal, relationship-based approach
• Contribute ideas to improve workflows and processes
• Engage in business development as the department expands

• 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
• 9–5 working hours with no expectation to work beyond this
