Contract Type : Permanent

The Opportunity

As Carrier Manager, you’ll take ownership of our parcel carrier relationships and performance across EMEA. You’ll be accountable for daily domestic and international inbound and outbound distribution and support strategic initiatives to optimise cost, service, and sustainability, using data as your compass. From analysing carrier performance and forecasting volumes to identifying trends and driving continuous improvement, your ability to interpret and act on data will be critical to success.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Deliver the EMEA parcel distribution and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations
  • Utilise data to monitor, analyse, and improve carrier performance, service levels, cost efficiency, and environmental impact
  • Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with globally dispersed parcel carriers and other stakeholders
  • Drive tendering processes, contract negotiations, service level agreements, and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Tech, Customer Experience, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and ESG
  • Identify and implement opportunities for innovation and automation in parcel operations
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in parcel or carrier management within a complex, multi-country environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive decisions and improvements
  • Comfortable working with large datasets, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving
  • Solid knowledge of customs processes and cross‑border procedures
  • Experience with logistics systems (eg. Metapack), BI tools, or transport management systems is a advantageous
  • Availability to travel regularly to Corby HQ and to EU Distribution Centres
