The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract catering, food hygiene, and staff feeding. This position requires flexibility to work weekdays and occasional weekends, along with a personal vehicle for site visits. Competitive salary of £42k offered.

- Strong knowledge of both staff feeding and hospitality.

My client is an independent contract caterer, with a strong focus on fresh produce and the development of their people. As the Relief Chef Manager, you will support the Operations team, covering a mix of B&I and education sites as required.
